With over 70 years of education experience, Dr. Thomas Price (Tommy) and Trey Kraemer, have the knowledge needed to help your students succeed by supporting you and your district. Tommy and Trey have served in leadership roles at all campus and district levels in both small and large districts across Texas. At each level, they have stressed the importance of academic accountability and strong relationships as the key pieces in achieving success for ALL students
and staff.

Dr. Thomas Price
Founder & CEO
With over 37 years of experience focusing on student and staff success, Dr. Price has served both large and small districts for over 20 years as superintendent with administrative experience at every campus level and central office. His dedication to service has resulted in both academic and financial success in every position as well as both personal and district recognitions such as two-time regional Superintendent of the Year, Texas Finalist Superintendent of the Year, and three-time recipient of the HEB Excellence in Education as Best District in Texas in three different districts. Tommy looks forward to working with YOU to help you and your students reach your fullest potential!
Trey Kraemer
Founder & Partner
Trey is an educator with 34 years of experience in the field. He recently retired from his position
as an Assistant Superintendent of High Schools and before that role served as a high school principal for 10 years. Mr. Kraemer’s commitment to building a strong culture and climate along with a focus on developing authentic relationships has been a key factor in his success. He was named Principal of the Year in two districts he served, opened Summer Creek High School and was the architect of the plan that combined Summer Creek High School and Kingwood High School together after Hurricane Harvey in 2017. Trey is excited to partner with you to help you meet the needs of your students and staff.
